🌈 Listen more than you speak. Center q***r & trans voices, especially when it’s not comfortable or convenient.
🌈 Speak up in the small moments. Correct a joke, a comment, a misgendering, even when no one’s watching.
🌈 Show up beyond June. Stay engaged with LGBTQ+ rights & safety all year long.
