I have since become a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My battle isn't so easily won, though. I struggle with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which I was diagnosed with back in 2011. Ever since then I've been at battle with my body once more, but I refuse to let it win! I still teach multiple classes per week and help many people lose weight and get in better shape.
