Reiki Brigade

It was great to be back at the Chicago Police Academy offering Reiki to new recruits and instructors. We love sending new cops into their first assignments knowing the CPD prioritizes their mental health, and that Reiki is a very useful resource to that end. We were honored to support Chicago Police Dept’s 12th District alongside , , , .performance, and others. Reiki belongs everywhere wellness is happening!

We were able to offer Reiki to 20 officers and it was very well received.

Thanks to practitioners Monique and Mike, and to Alyssa Ramirez and Sgt. Ontiveros @ CPD’s 12th District for taking such good care of our first responders. It’s a tough job, and we want you happy and healthy!

Our next Reiki class is Feb. 7/8, and available in person or via Zoom. Following the class attendees will have a greater understanding of their own fundamental spiritual and energetic nature, and be able to offer Reiki treatments to themselves and others.
