Introducing our Working Alumni - Joana at Revantage!

Joana, a Class 14 alumna, returns as a Treasury Intern bringing sharp analytical skills, strong problem‑solving experience, and the readiness to add value fast. Her first internship at Kirkland & Ellis strengthened her operational and organizational abilities, and college has refined her analytical and communication skills - giving Revantage a focused, motivated intern who can support Treasury priorities from day one.

A clear win for early‑career talent investment - and a strong example of how our Working Alumni deliver immediate impact for our partners while advancing their own career paths.

🎉 Celebrating Josiah - one of GWC’s newest POSSE Scholars and part of a highly selective 5% chosen nationwide. 🎉

Thousands of Chicago students were nominated this year, and advancing through POSSE’s multi‑round process highlights his leadership.

Josiah chose POSSE for its diverse, long‑term support system - a community he knows will challenge and uplift him well beyond college. This opportunity is “indescribable,” and he’s deeply grateful for what’s ahead.

Next stop: Trinity College, where he'll study Educational Studies and Legal Studies to explore how law shapes education - building on the skills he’s developing as a Business Processes Intern at TransUnion.

With this momentum, Josiah has a bright future ahead, and we’re excited to see where he goes next. 🎉
