It is time once again for March Madness – Maguire style!

We are pleased to announce the official travel and lodging arrangements for the Maguire University/NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament 2026. This year’s event will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana, from Thursday, April 2nd through Tuesday, April 7th, 2026.

We are a little later than usual getting our location and pricing to you. The delay came down to one weighty decision: whether to split into four or five different hotels in downtown Indianapolis, or to keep the entire Traveling Team together in one location. After careful consideration, we’ve decided the best move is to stay together under one roof – keeping the spirit, camaraderie, and fun of Maguire alive and well.

Friday, April 3rd – Tuesday, April 7th (4 Nights):
- Single Occupancy: $1,810.00 total
- Double Occupancy: $1,100.00 per person
- Triple Occupancy: $835.00 per person

Additional Transportation Option:
The hotel will provide a round-trip shuttle bus to and from downtown Indianapolis three (3) times daily. The cost is $160 per trip, with each shuttle holding up to 10 people.

Below, you will find all the essential information regarding pricing, deposit deadlines, and additional budgeted items to help you plan your unforgettable adventure with the Maguire University Traveling Team 2025.

Travel Dates and Accommodation:
• Dates: Thursday, April 3rd through Tuesday, April 8th, 2025.

Pricing Options:

The 2025 Traveling Team offers two package options, accommodating varying stay duration and group sizes:

1. Five (5) Night Package (Thursday, April 3rd through Tuesday, April 8th, 2025):
o Single (1) - $3,400.00
o Double (2) - $1,925.00 per person.
o Triple (3) - $1,435.00 per person.

2. Four (4) Night Package (Friday, April 4th through Tuesday, April 8th, 2025):
o Single (1) - $2,810.00
o Double (2) - $1,630.00 per person.
o Triple (3) - $1,237.00 per person.

Payment Details:
• A 50% deposit (per person) is required by November 15th, 2024.

2025 Team Rule:

For the 2025 Traveling Team rule regarding drink tokens:
• Everyone traveling with the team (paid) will receive twenty-five (25) drink tokens for the weekend.
• The university is transitioning away from 'unlimited' drinks for both financial and liability reasons.
• Additional drink tokens can be purchased on-site if needed.

Additional Budgeted Items (Optional):

For those who wish to enhance their experience, several optional budgeted items are available:
• Hall-Of-Fame Dinner: $100.00
• Saturday Maguire U Suite Buffet: $20.00
• Monday Maguire U Suite Buffet/Pizza: $20.00
• Golf: $200.00 plus additional costs

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at The Drury Plaza Hotel. In total, there are fifty (50) rooms available, including the Maguire University 'Hospitality' Suite. With an expected team size of approximately 100 people, securing your spot by submitting your deposit as soon as possible is crucial.
