A lot of times we think VISIBILITY means posting 7-10 times per day or following another’s business’s mantra when it comes to their marketing tactics.
Or just posting one time per day with a curated offer typically thinking someone will automatically convert.
News flash: your visibility for your business will come organically when you find the strategy that works best for you.
It’s not going to be the same for everyone nor will it be the exact same blueprint as your girlfriend who went viral.
The strategy changes, the techniques change, the plan will change.
Find a visibility coach, or a marketing strategist who focuses on visibility to get you the right blueprint to succeed in these social media streets.
Remember borrowed success is not a long term plan to help you achieve your goals. 😉

I was in a training this past Monday that focuses on Diversit, Equity & Inclusion, Socia Justice, Cultural teaching, and Reformative practices. Not only did this not align with my mental health professional training, but the facilitator was a retired teacher of 30 years and now owns his own Educational Consulting Business.
Pro Tip: You can easily gross a 4-6 figure speaking or training contract. Or even facilitating a Professional development for educators.

Offering your expertise to the schools by selling your business is not only a game changer but it is very lucrative. This is a massive way to get your business in front of a larger audience instantly.
Here are a few tips that I have implemented to gain my own educational contracts.
Step 1: Research the schools you are interested in to create an understanding of their target audience and needs.
Step 2: Create a compelling pitch that focuses on how your program can help meet those needs of the student and or administration.
Step 3: Contact the school administrators and teachers to introduce your program and explain how it can benefit the school.
Step 4: Be prepared to answer any questions, have your funding on hand, and offer incentives/or live workshops to test the temperature of the success of your program at the school.

As an External Partner, Contractor, Arts Partner or vendor you have a divine opportunity to implement your programming into the schools.
School are looking for diversity. They are looking for programs that make a difference and bring about change.
Getting the contract is half the battle but aligning your program with the schools’ mission is a different type of work.
