T one (1) wing during dining. The purpose of this is not only to create a great aggregate of poultry punditry, but to encourage members to get together with the mutual goal of chronicling a crackin' bit of bird.

presentation/color

taste /heat/texture

messiness/aftertaste

- pictures and testimonials will help flesh out the retelling. We're here to celebrate the good, the bad and the wickedly awesome, so let's see some tasty shots! All in all, let's spread the word and use this as a reason to socialize over a shared passion. Chicken, duck, fattened goose- if it can achieve liftoff, it'll land on our plates. Weekly schedules will be forthcoming with easy opportunities for all to try some of Chicago's best birds.
