I love in-person classes, but I have made the decision *not* to start up in-person classes any time soon, despite indoor dining resuming in Chicago tomorrow.

Remember that bars and restaurants that serve food (like our incredible friends at Declan's Irish Pub in Old Town) can only hold "25 [people] or 25 percent maximum capacity (whichever is lesser)" and I want to make sure that everyone who comes to them is both ordering food and tipping generously, which usually doesn't happen from all of our guests during our public classes.

HOLLOW LEG has been able to do public and private in-person classes because of the generosity and good will of bars and restaurants like D.I.P. by giving us their space to operate in, and I don't intend on humbly receiving that incredible gift until they are back on their feet, AND benefitting from the work we do.

I'm still offering virtual mixology classes (that are ranked #1 in the U.S.), and at this point want to do everything I can to keep my industry friends - and you - healthy and thriving!

Please stay safe, wear a mask, and if you plan on dining indoors, please follow all protocols and tip generously!

Public classes are back up and running! They are capped to 14 people (in a space that can hold 40) and we're taking every precaution (masks, social distancing, hand sanitiser, sanitising equipment), to ensure that you're healthy while having fun!!
