Oh wow, here’s some menu items for you (mostly mom though)
1) brown butter w/ asparagus, sherry, pea tendril, manchego
2) grilled w/ couscous, piquillo purée, roasted eggplant
3) fjord in buerreblanc w/ trout roe, herb salad, shoestring potato
