Hey Good People!

Tomorrow, I am co-hosting a workshop called, Be Like Water: An Exploration of Movement and Sound with sound healer, Mecca of Mecca Elevated.

This session will be broken down into 2 parts. The first part of the session, I will lead you through a series of fluid belly dance-inspired movements. and breathing techniques. You will be invited to playfully discover your own flexibility and strength while becoming one with the flow.

After gently moving your body you will be led into an intuitive and relaxing sound meditation led by Mecca.

This sound meditation is an opportunity to reset your mind and recharge your soul. The city becomes a backdrop — the distant hum of traffic, the laughter of the community — blended with frequencies and vibrations curated by Mecca, creating a unique experience that releases unwanted stress and anxiety. Leaving you refreshed, and recharged.
