It is with great sadness that we are closing BODY R+D after 9 years. We were the first studio in Chicago and set the tone here. We showed everyone here how to do this method correctly. We really enjoyed our time with all our clents and hope they will continue doing this fantastic workout. It was a great run but covid and the overcrowding of studios all over Chicago without any regard to location of existing studios has given us the pause to say goodbye. As things dilute they tend to pollute. Thanks to all who supported us.
