Bata Sole Fam, thank you for an amazing Quarter 1! We couldn’t have kicked off 2026 as strong as we had, without you all. 🤝

Through our fundraising efforts these past few months, our community has been able to raise $891.36, or ₱53,186.94, to support our partners in the Philippines: The Rotary Club of Cebu Porte. The team in Cebu has done impactful work in repairing a roof at a local school in Cebu, as well as hosting their Rotaplast medical mission for the kids of the Philippines. 

It was so fun getting the team together for some team bonding, and even better, getting time to meet all of you throughout the community this quarter. Whether we danced together at our Charity Dance Class series, chatted at a tabling event, or had the time of our lives at Seafood City, we’ll remember each moment and cannot wait to create more memories with you the rest of this year! 👟💫

While we’ve been working to expand our reach to a variety of communities, we can never forget our roots, and our founder’s first intentions of helping communities in the Philippines.

We are so excited to show up and show out for our friends and family, and hope to meet so many of you there! Come by and say hi, donate some shoes, and have some fun with us throughout this Late Night Madness 🌃🎶💫

Last week, we took a look at our Friday evening choreographers. Now, we can’t wait to introduce .joycee ! 🪽

This weekend of dance classes was created to push collaboration between Bata Sole and the Chicago dance communities, while also supporting our efforts to provide aid to our Filipino communities affected by Typhon Tino.
Together, sole to soul, we can dance together to brighter futures and tighter communities for all!
