After studying Political Science and Strategic Change Management, Kyle has built a career in communications and digital marketing. During his time at US Cellular, he has led major corporate social responsibility programs and social media campaigns, and served in a director role during a major acquisition in 2025. As an independent consultant, he is excited to dedicate time to his role on the CCR board, as well as hobbies that include gardening and all things tennis.

Kyle believes that it is critical to give people tools to navigate conflict; “As a storyteller at heart, I’m thrilled to help CCR share the impact of that work – and bring its mission to a broader audience.”

Erica has spent over 22 years in the banking industry, building expertise working at various financial firms, mentoring peers, and leading teams.

Erica looks forward to supporting her community by serving on the Board!

Please join me in giving a warm welcome to Keegan, one of our 2026 Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) scholars!

Outside of Keegan's education at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, he enjoys running, rowing, cooking, camping, and other outdoor activities. Keegan is excited to continue empowering our neighbors and community members through mediation and other services that we provide at CCR.
