This brought joyful tears to my eyes.
To know Manny is to love and adore him.
He is kind, caring, quick-witted, and one of the best photographers I’ve ever worked with. I was so blessed to work with him in Denver. He poured into me daily and always kept me safe while out dark and early. And make sure we got donuts at the end of our shift to brighten the day. But days were always brighter with him by my side.

Cheers to 42 years, I hope you can sleep past 2:30a and enjoy more time with your family. Happy to call you a friend! 🫶🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Oh Monday!

BITTERSWEET: Mornings can be hard waking up at the crack of dawn to report the news. Usually it’s not good news.
But it’s always a good day whenever I got to work with THE DINO PILLIZZI which was often everyday.
After 43 years, he’s putting away the camera and live truck to finally enjoy life!
Thank you for picking me up at 3:30am, protecting me in the field, caring for me, keeping me calm, taking me to a bathroom, to get coffee, breakfast, listen to my latest shenanigans, and giving me advice like a father.
I will miss working with you but I know I’ll still talk to you weekly because of the bond we’ve built. Love you boo boo, thank you for everything! 🤞🏾🫶🏾
