Good Afternoon Chicago Blade Runners!!!

Looking for a way to keep active and learn and grow in your running strategies over the colder months that doesn't involve being outside in the cold? Look no further!! Dare2Tri is starting their Indoor Run Clinics where all abilities are welcome and you can learn mechanics and drills from run coaches.

Saturdays / Times Vary by Date

November 2, February 1, March 14 and April 4: 9-10:15 a.m. / December 7 & January 4: 10-11:15 a.m.

Location: University of Illinois at Chicago - Student Recreation Center Indoor Track: 737 S. Halsted St. in Chicago

Limited spots available. Athletes and volunteers can register at the link above.

These ambulatory run clinics will focus on running technique and mobility. Coaches will lead participants through running drills and interval workouts during this 1.25 hour session.
