This husband and wife team began in real estate in 2006 with Esther becoming a licensed real estate agent. Although enjoying a successful career in BioTech Sales, her passion for real estate continued to grow. Later the same year the couple bought and completed their first "flip". It was a complete gut and rehab of a Chicago bungalow on the city's south side and it was very successful. It was then
they decided they would work towards their mutual dream of starting their own real estate development company. Being the smart and savvy investors they are, when the market took a dive, they decided to wait until things turned around to begin investing again. However, due to Esther's reputation as a stellar Realtor, she continued to grow her business while building a strong client base. All the while, the couple continued to study real estate development and investing, and Jason became a licensed real estate broker. With a well developed strategy in place, the dynamic duo was ready to go full steam ahead and launched Ultimate Real Estate Group LLC in 2010 with a diverse client base of buyers, sellers and investors. Besides being highly sought after Realtors, the Williams' have also earned a name for themselves as successful "flippers" in the Chicago area. This success is due to the quality of craftmanship and attention to details they place in to every home they renovate. However, if you ask them, Ultimate's success is due to their desire to help revitalize the Chicagoland housing market, particularly the South Side, while expressing their passion and skill of designing beautiful homes.
