The Chicago STOP Smoking Research Project (C-STOP) is a clinical trial examining stop smoking methods for individuals who drink alcohol on a regular basis.

If the average cigarette takes 6 minutes to smoke, someone who smokes 10 ci******es/day spends about 1 hour a day smoking ci******es. This ends up as ~7 hours per week, ~30 hours per month, and ~15 days out of a year!
