Sarah McLaughlin Ladino, Assistant Professor and Chair of English, Communication, Theatre, and Journalism at Harry S Truman College, shares her experience with the TESOL program. She explains how it broadened her perspective as both a language teacher and lifelong learner. She reflects on the value of stepping into the shoes of her students while continuing to grow professionally.
