Luke 15 reveals something that changes the way you pray forever, God is not a distant deity waiting to be impressed. He is a FATHER. And a Father whose heart moves the moment His children draw near.
Too many of us pray like we're approaching a stranger. Like we need the right words. The right posture. The right track record. But that's religion, not relationship. Luke 15 shows us a Father who is ALREADY turned toward you. Already watching. Already ready to receive you before you even open your mouth.
Prayer is not a performance. Prayer is a CHILD talking to a FATHER. When you understand that, everything shifts. Your boldness changes. Your confidence changes. You stop begging and start COMMUNING. You stop performing and start RESTING in His presence.
Hebrews 4:16 come BOLDLY to the throne of grace. Not carefully. Not fearfully. BOLDLY. Because that throne belongs to your Father and there's a seat with YOUR name on it.
Today we are learning how to approach God as Father through prayer. Come as you are. He's already listening.
