Our team is focused on three things: offering our neighbors approachable top-quality seasonal food, providing a comfortable dining experience, and adding a meaningful contribution to Chicago’s community. Range is open for Dinner Monday through Sunday, and Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Range’s menus change seasonally and are designed to highlight the freshest local ingredients available. 90-95% of the items on our plates and in our glasses have been sourced from midwestern producers. We believe that local can be an affordable and approachable way of life. Since 2015, we have hosted monthly Range Community Nights – single evening events designed to offer a platform for Chicago-based community organizations to widen their reach. 20% of every sale Range takes in is donated to the partner organization as our way of fulfilling our promise to uplift those around us. Previous partners include: BUILD Chicago, Chicago Women’s Health Center, Altgeld-Sawyer Corner Farm, Howard Brown Health Center, Open Books, IL Farmers Market Association. Our restaurant was conceptualized by Chef Luis in collaboration with our designer Paul Schulman. Together they created a warm, bright, inviting space with a Farmhouse-Chic feel. You can find astroturf ceilings, chicken coop lighting, farm animal graffiti, and three chandeliers made out of cow-tags. These along with the many thrifted, repurposed, and creative decor items serve to cement the idea that is Range. Along with our full bar and dining room – Range also has a Private Event Room that seats 36 guests. We specialize in home-away-from-home events with a comfortable full service experience.
