Life Painted
Ken Slossberg paints in his own distinct representational style of Photorealism. He paints mostly from photographs he has taken himself in his travels and everyday life. This process creates an indelible image that is twice removed from reality, life, life captured, life painted. Populated by uniquely ordinary and not so ordinary characters, he creates an extra-ordinary world of beauty, light and vibrant color.

CALL FOR ARTISTS
The Pocket Gallery is opening soon on the 3rd floor of the Zhou B Art Center.
We’re currently seeking artists for upcoming exhibitions — solo shows or small group exhibitions (2–3 artists), with a focus on 2D work. All styles and approaches are welcome.
This is a non-traditional gallery space within the main corridor, designed for intimate, focused presentations and strong visual impact.
An unconventional space.
A concentrated experience.
A moment within the movement of the building.

It took 6 months!!! But the leopard made it to Zambia!!
Just when I had given up all hope and assumed my painting was lost or stolen, it finally arrived! It was a gift of gratitude to our safari guide in Zambia who was the best guide anyone could hope for and an accomplished artist as well! Go see his art on IG. It is hanging in an indoor tree made by his wife!
