This week, our feature is Chicken Tomato Basil soup. It begins with pulled roasted chicken in a zesty tomato base with orzo, carrots, onion, celery and baked turkey/parsley meatballs and finished with globes of fresh mozzarella. The tomato broth is flavored with Pinot Noir, garlic, basil, fennel, turmeric and cumin. Its the perfect remedy for the snowy blues. I'll be delivering quarts this Thursday and Friday.
