What a remarkable week for Vision Share member eye banks at this year's Eye Bank Association of America Annual Meeting. VisionFirst - Indiana Lions Eye Bank had the honor of serving as the host eye bank for the event.
We were also thrilled to celebrate two outstanding leaders in our network: Eversight's Senior Brand Strategy and Communications Specialist, Caroline Miller, who received the Optics Award, and Chris Hanna, Executive Director of Utah Eye Bank, who was honored with the prestigious Heise Award.
One of the most meaningful moments was seeing current and former colleagues, team members, and friends come together to celebrate these well-deserved achievements.
Congratulations to all of this year's award recipients. We are proud to have these exceptional eye banks as part of the Vision Share network and grateful for their continued contributions to advancing eye banking and restoring sight worldwide.
