No One Will Read This Blog Post Forgive me for the hyperbolic title (and for the fact that it’s proven wrong simply by you reading this far). But what I mean by the title is that beyond the slightly deprecating title and the body of this post, no additional effort has been put into helping others

Before the pandemic our account manager Kellye Whitney’s diet consisted of Chinese takeout twice a week, a wide variety of frozen foods, fruit, and home cooked Sunday dinners with mom. Now, she cooks — real food that requires chopping and spices and everything. She’s lost 12 pounds, is fairly certain she’s aging in reverse, and has taken to photographing her food experiments — and they’re all experiments — on Instagram.

“It doesn’t always taste fabulous or look pretty, but I appreciate food so much more as both sustenance and as a social connector. Food shopping every Saturday morning is one way I consistently win against the disruption caused by the pandemic,” she explained. “It also keeps me in the right state of mind, as I am reminded to be thankful that I can buy, prepare and enjoy anything I like to eat.”
