Chasing Rumours performs an authentic recreation of Fleetwood Mac’s legendary sound with a powerful rock concert, performing hits from the Rumours album through Fleetwood Mac's famous reunion - The Dance Tour. Chasing Rumours was originally formed in 1995 under the name "Mirage" when Julia Sara (Surrounding Sara) and Rob Wiseman (Infinity) formed the popular Fleetwood Mac/Heart tribute. The band had their first big show opening for Cheap Trick at Hoffman Estates Fest, followed by 6 years of opening for artists such as Paul Rogers, Grand Funk, 3-Dog Night, Jim Peterik, Kevin Chalfont, Joan Jett, Enuff Z Nuff and many more. The band was a regular opener for both Infinity and ARRA, performing fests and notable venues around Chicagoland. They began working closely with Ron Onesti of Onesti Entertainment and continued to headline around the suburbs performing at festivals and in notable venues, as well as downtown Chicago--such as Little Italy Fest, Hawthorn Race Track, The Vic Theater. In the early 2000's, Julia moved out to Las Vegas and expanded the catalog of both Fleetwood Mac and Heart forming two separate tribute shows: Fleetwood Nicks and Heart Alive. Both bands became two of the most recognized tribute shows performing in all the western states. Heart Alive was honored the award for "Best Tribute Show" and chosen to be 1 of 12 bands to perform Fremont Street Experience "TributePalooza" on New Years Eve in Las Vegas. Julia continues to perform occasionally out west with Heart Alive and Fleetwood Nicks. Rob became the drummer for Chicago's headlining band "ARRA" performing in notable venues around the Chicago area. Rob was in ARRA for many years before relocating to the Nashville TN area. Rob also moved back to Chicagoland in 2020 to return to playing once again with Infinity! Chasing Rumours had their first show opening for ARRA at Tailgators in Bolingbrook IL, and and returned shortly after to open for Infinity with Rob playing both shows. The members of Chasing Rumours perform a unique tribute show filled with the timeless music enjoyed by an all-age audience.
