Today marks 20 years since CEO Stephen Walters took a leap of faith and purchased Progressive Coating back on March 7, 2006.

What started as a vision has grown into something truly special: a thriving company here in Chicago, with an additional location in Mexico (PCMX), and now expansion into electroplating
to compliment our powder coating operations.

This milestone isn’t just about growth. It’s about people.

We are incredibly grateful for the leadership of our management team and for every employee who shows up each day and takes pride in the work.
