There are just a few weeks left to catch the moving maternal exhibition "Not A Soft Thing: A Group Exhibition by Artist Mothers" presented by Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events here in the Chicago Rooms. ⏰

Next Saturday, March 7, join select artists from the exhibition, along with a special guest moderator, to discuss themes of the works, the show and their experiences as mothers in the visual arts.

New exhibition incoming! Check out our latest Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events art exhibition, Not A Soft Thing", on view in the Chicago Rooms starting this Saturday, October 25.

Join us for a special reception from 4-7 p.m. and explore the collection of paintings, photographs, ceramics, texts and installations exploring the question: “What does it mean to create in the margins of care?”
