There’s Margo Guryan crafting one of the most timeless baroque pop records, the primordial chaos of White Zombie before MTV and metal stardom, Jonah Thompson’s almost impossible to find soul 45 and just across the river, there was Rye Coalition setting New Jersey basements on fire and they helped to define a generation of post-hardcore.
The city truly has it all. Any New York artists you want to see a physical release of that we haven’t done yet?

We took this one straight to the mayor’s office and got it approved. (Thank you Mamdani, we owe you a Pizza Disco tote). Santa Cruz sixth wave phenoms First Day Back are playing a free show out front of the NY Factory Outlet on Sunday, July 19 at 1pm and it’s gonna be pretty insane. Not sure if we’ll be able to get another one of these thru the gridlock so probably best to cancel all other plans. Tell your grandma sorry on our behalf or just bring her?
