The Ibex is Chicago's newest entertainment destination. Featuring an 18,000 sq ft building, 5000 sq ft venue and 4000 sq ft lobby and bar. A lot you say? That's not all, 7000 sq ft will be available to lease to an interested restaurant partner. The Ibex will provide a deluxe experience for artists, VIP and patrons. Based in the Art Nouveau style, The Ibex will blend classic elements with modern technologies to present a visual experience unlike any in the country.

On this page are the visual elements I have produced so far. I will be posting the spreadsheets and other business plan element here as they finish falling in to place. All I need is the money, an old story. All of you seeing this now are people I hope can help with this process directly or indirectly. I'm just churning the water.
