My client isn’t just producing parts; they’re leading a production surge and need a dynamic Production Control Supervisor to bring structure, urgency, and excellence to their floor scheduling.

- Base salary: $80,000–$90,000 + 6–12% annual bonus

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production scheduling for all floor operations
- Manage master scheduling processes across departments to ensure output alignment
- Lead and develop a team of 4–5 production control staff
- Interface with operations, materials, and logistics teams to optimize workflow
- Take ownership of the plant’s production planning performance
- Drive continuous improvement and planning discipline in a high-output environment

About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of production planning experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Confident, take-charge personality with strong leadership presence
- Comfortable wearing uniforms and being hands-on in a large-scale plant setting
