LATERAL FITNESS
'Training lateral" is a style of training that is "thinking outside of the box"; training away from the norm. Lateral training is a way to solve problems or to attain goals through a creative and indirect approach. Accomplishing these fitness and health results require processes that may not be immediately obvious and involve ideas that may not be obtainable using conventional step-by-step logic.
