We’re spotlighting two 📣: Emily Hammermeister, Operations Manager, and Hal Sprague, Community Engagement Manager.

Emily has been with Trajectory since 2020, and since the early days has served in a variety of roles as TEP has grown. Now as our Operations Manager, Emily handles a variety of legal compliance matters, including the critical task ensuring each project is accurately documented and preserved for transaction purposes. Day-to-day Emily is instrumental in shaping Trajectory's external success and internal culture.

As our Community Engagement Manager, Hal combines his years of legal and advocacy experience to engage with the communities that our projects call home. Beginning before project permitting and lasting well into operation, Hal builds relationships with neighbors, community leaders, and elected officials, all of which helps to make Trajectory a better neighbor. Whether talking wetlands, subscriptions, or padel Hal is always happy to share his expertise and to learn more.

Thank you to everyone who joined Trajectory Energy Partners and Nexamp for our recent Community Solar Subscription Open Houses in Pontiac and Galesburg, IL!

Community Solar projects are already bringing real benefits to communities across Illinois—lower utility bill costs, more clean energy on the grid, and long-term property tax revenue that supports schools and local services. These solar projects also create jobs by utilizing union labor, and help the environment by creating new pollinator-friendly habitats.

Alongside Nexamp who will own and operate these projects, the Trajectory team enjoyed the opportunity to connect and share how community solar projects, like Southside Community Solar in Galesburg, and Bluestem Solar and Broadlight Solar in Pontiac, can make a difference in their local communities.

Congratulations to Dave and Mike Follmer on receiving the Bill Edwards Agri-Business of the Year award at the Pontiac Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner!

The Follmer farm has been a fixture of the Pontiac community since 1915, raising commodity crops, hogs, and some truly fantastic sweet corn. 🌽

The Follmer’s dedication to local organizations including FFA and 4-H reflects their ongoing commitment to Pontiac. Trajectory was proud to be part of this moment recognizing a family that continues to give so much back to the community.
