This week Chi-One Patient features Co-founder and President of OnePatient Global Health Initiative, Ms. Karla Carwile, MA, MA, LCPC, DCC.

Ms. Karla Carwile is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a Psychology degree from the University of Illinois (UI-S) where she also teaches undergraduate Psychology. In addition, Karla has earned advanced degrees in Human Development Counseling and INO-Disability Studies (UI-S). In addition, Karla has completed post-graduate work in Educational Leadership and is completing a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Psychology with special emphasis on the Biopsychosocial Aspects of Health. As co-founder and President, Karla’s primary role is to provide oversight for OnePatient Global Health Initiative. She is responsible for outreach programming, mental health assessment, overall strategic planning, financial and staff management, organizational development, program operations and clinical compliance.
