Are you joining us and our friends at Chicago Family Biking for Bike To School day on Wednesday? We're so excited! Some quick tips:
🗺️ Plan your route in advance. Use quiet neighborhood streets, bike lanes and alleys in your favor. Cross busy streets at lights using the sidewalk/crosswalk.
🛠️ Do an ABC Check on your bike the night before: Air up your tires, make sure Brakes are working, and check your Chain to be sure it's moving freely.
🧠 Wear a helmet! Your brain is worth it!
🌈 Dress in bright colors and ride in a group if you can. Blink your lights! Ring your bells! Be super visible!
Participants are eligible for a free t-shirt courtesy of your favorite family bike shop! 😉 Just remember to snap a photo on Wednesday to use as your entry. The shirt order form will be open and linked on Wednesday morning. Tag your friends below and tell us you're riding!
