Interested in a morning Cycling and Abs class? These are just some of the free group fitness classes offered free to students, and to faculty, staff, and Seminary spouses for a small fee. Personal training services are available to North Park students, faculty, and staff for a fee. If you’re new to working out—or just new to using weight or cardio equipment—the wellness staff offers free equipment orientation sessions.
