Women in STEM are fighting for both representation and equity in the business landscape each and every day.

According to a 2023 report from the National Women's Business Council, the lack of social networks for and investor attitudes toward businesswomen in STEM leads to higher costs and lower growth rates for their businesses compared to their male counterparts.

We know that unconscious biases and isolation from others are big obstacles in the way of women's advancement in the business world - and this is especially true for women in STEM.
