INGREDIENTS
โข 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
โข 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or black-berries)
โข 1 medium banana (frozen works best for creaminess)
โข 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
โข ยฝ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for protein and creaminess)
โข 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (op-tional, for sweetness)
โข A few ice cubes (if using fresh banana)
