INGREDIENTS
โ€ข 2 cups fresh spinach (packed)
โ€ข 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or black-berries)
โ€ข 1 medium banana (frozen works best for creaminess)
โ€ข 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
โ€ข ยฝ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for protein and creaminess)
โ€ข 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (op-tional, for sweetness)
โ€ข A few ice cubes (if using fresh banana)
