Privacy There are a multitude of reasons to go into therapy. You’ve got smalls, mediums, larges, gargantuans, and everything in between. But there is no lame reason. Remember, everything you say is private, so unless you tell someone, nobody is ever going to know what you’re looking into; thus judgments about the content cannot form. People who denigrate therapy may very well be downplaying their own need for help. Forget all of this. Just take care of yourself.
