At Chicago Summer Opera, we offer training in role preparation, vocal technique, dramatic preparation, audition technique, stage movement and diction. The session culminates with two concert/semi-staged performances with orchestra. This combination of training helps developing singers grow immensely in a short period of time. But we’re excited to officially expand into a new session and bring a little opera magic to winter too!
Applications are now open for the 2027 Winter Opera Session for singers, orchestra members, and production team members.
