BSD - Blackman Signature Designs

So here's a cool project we just delivered. This is for a custom made Android based device that will cue up and play any MP3 or audio file instantly with a press of a button from any RTI remote or touch screen.

We are using the Spectre Bar & Restaurant template as the basic layout for a single page UI to make it super easy for the owner and staff to operate with zero instruction.

For example, the official Chicago Blackhawks goal horn sound with 15 seconds of Chelsea Dagger by The Fratellis, Go Cubs Go after a W etc...

The video window displays the output of the DirecTV receiver via HDMI to H.264, and they wanted to show program info, but not all the time, so we used the LayerSwitch driver to toggle the information bar on / off, and set the info button to reversed whenever it is showing.

You can select and set or mute the volume for the four zones that will be playing the Game Effect audio files, the full function remote on the right can swipe left for 27 preset channel icons.

Lastly, we were also asked to design their new logo. They wanted a sports look and feel with a push button, so we used very simple solid shapes for the entire design. This makes it very easy to embroider or cut custom decals when there are no gradients in the logo.
