For the first release of our Coaches Series, we spotlight . Jordan is one of our AM CrossFit coaches at the Logan Square location. She is fiery and passionate, in fitness and in life. Both are great qualities in a coach, as she can both motivate and provide the soft touch. She was very particular about the music selection - and for good reason - badass video!

Want to take your fitness and nutrition to the next level? The 4 week mini challenge starts August 4th and ends September 1st (right before Labor Day weekend!)
This challenge is designed to push you to the next level of your wellness journey. If you have completed a 6 week challenge in the past, this is a great way to improve on the skills you have already built. If you have never done a challenge at Chicago Strength, then this is the perfect time to start. The 4 week challenge is a shorter version with a “choose your own adventure” component. This will give you the freedom to choose what guidelines you will follow throughout the 4 weeks under the limitation that you complete them all at least once. The challenge is designed to incorporate the curveballs of every day, all while building healthy and sustainable habits.
