“Intentional” has been sitting in my spirit lately; reminding me to move with purpose, with clarity, with love. So that’s what I’m doing. When my team and I sat down, we agreed that this season calls for giving “Roses While We’re Here” to the people and places that open doors, hold space, and pour into others; without hesitation.

This is the first of a 2-part series, and I’m starting with someone who is truly one of one: my friend, my brother; the incomparable Matt Hennessy of . We recently had the honor of partnering with | to help make a wish come true, and Matt showed up with no ceiling, no limits, just a full heart and an open hand. He helped create an unforgettable moment for the young person receiving the wish, and I’m still moved by it. Matt, thank you for who you are to me, and to our entire music community. These ROSES are yours. 🌹

One thing that has never failed to lift my spirits is music! Whether it’s recording, performing live, or listening; there is just something it does to my soul.
