Tonight is my "Laugh Your Face Off" event. I know many of you are very sick of seeing my posts about it.

Believe me, I'm sick of posting about it- this s**t is exhausting.

But she's worth it. The thousands of patients we work on behalf of are worth it.

The event is tonight, and I know many of you won't be able to attend, and I also know that some of these silent auction items might be out of reach.

But every little bit helps.

Every little bit furthers our groundbreaking research.

No amount is too small.
