We have to do another bbq soon when the new tenants get settled, it was great that some made it and we had a chance to also incorporate a birthday into this one.

Junior is helping dad redo the bathroom tile in the 3 bedroom, no-one wants to be reasonable for laying tile, prices for home inprovement services are through the roof, as are material costs, if the government continues to print money giving unemployment bonuses and the manufactures continue to gouge ... rental prices will inflate.... as will taxes and bills... hope we reach steady state equilibriun soon.
