What a special evening! The Block Reid team attended the Illinois Jewish Judges Association Annual Dinner at Chicago's RPM Private Events for a night dedicated to honoring judicial service, community, and the future of legal education.

Congratulations to Hon. Renee Goldfarb, recipient of the Justice Ilana Rovner Lifetime Achievement Award, and to Cook County State's Attorney Hon. Eileen O'Neill Burke, recipient of the Hon. Richard J. Elrod Public Service Award.

Celebrating a decade of dedication.

Today, we mark Gabriela O. Asrow's 10-year anniversary with Block Reid. Gabriela joined us in spring 2016, when the firm was known as Hoffenberg & Block. She has grown into one of our most accomplished family law advocates.

Gabriela counsels clients across divorce and parentage matters, from allocation of parental responsibilities to property division and domestic violence cases. She balances settlement and litigation with skill, always advocating for her clients' goals.

This year brought fresh recognition. Gabriela earned spots on both Super Lawyers and Leading Lawyers in 2026.
