It is work that often happens quietly, but its impact is felt every day.

Recently, one of our veteran clients took the time to express his gratitude in a heartfelt letter to his case manager, Joyce. We wanted to share a few excerpts from his letter as one example of the meaningful difference our staff make in the lives of those we serve.
