Chef Arnold Myint and Low Country South Loop took us on a culinary journey with delicious Thai and Southern dishes celebrating Chef Arnold's Family Thai Cookbook. 🦐🍲🍩Seafood boil with cajun and Thai dipping sauces. Best Thai chicken wings ever, sticky rice, som tum, beignets with pandan custard just to name a few.
Attendees danced and enjoyed Thai instrumental remixes DJ'ed by . 🎸🎧🎶 Folks received a copy of the cookbook, Chef Arnold's limited MAMA noodle goodies, and Thai Tourism merch from TAT Chicago. 📚 We had setup a shopping experience with a pop-up and got to meet new folks while also reconnecting with others.
