Today I had the opportunity to speak with high school students during SEL Day about self-identity and self-worth. We discussed how their value is not based on labels, social media, mistakes, or other people’s opinions, but on who they are and who they are becoming.

Moments like these are a reminder of how important it is to create safe spaces where students feel seen, heard, and valued. Investing in the emotional wellness and confidence of young people truly matters.
