Frog Temple Pilates

I don't talk about myself much. I am usually the one behind the scenes lifting other people up. But if my story can show even one woman that her body is not her limitation and her age is not her ceiling — then it is worth sharing. This is my journey. And I am just getting started.

Let me tell you a little about who I am and why I created The Alignment Sessions.

I was a professional dancer. I loved movement, adventure, and living fully — until a series of injuries tried to take that away from me. A ruptured disc. An ACL replacement. A labral tear in my hip.
Instead of accepting a smaller life, I went searching for answers. Massage therapy. Pilates. Yoga. I rebuilt myself from the inside out — and discovered a passion for helping others do the same.

25 years ago I opened my first Pilates studio. I grew out of that space. Then a second. Grew some more. Then the one I run today. I built a teacher certification program that has been training instructors for 20 years. Started one-on-one coaching women in mid-life. I have two incredible kids, a full family life, and I just led a sold out retreat in Italy at 60 — with Greece and Italy already in planning stages for 2027. 🇮🇹
I say all of this not to impress you — but to show you what is possible when you refuse to let age or circumstance define you.
Because here is the truth — I have never once slowed down. And I have no intention of starting now.

The Alignment Sessions exists for the woman who feels that same fire inside her. Who knows there is more. Who is ready to stop wondering and start living.
