Let us introduce our founder: Dr. Keith True. He has been in the VetMed industry for over 20 years. He started in 6th grade working kennels and helping around the clinic, then in high school he worked as a vet assistant, handy-man, receptionist, you-name-it, he's probably done it! In college, he volunteered in animal shelters and worked in clinics in the summer. After graduating veterinary school, he quickly partnered into his first hospital and has since partnered into two additional ones. His background gives him the unique ability to understand each part of the clinic. He also understands how vital each team member is and how important a strong, yet humble, team leader is to the health of the business.

With his background in the veterinary field and nearing completion of an MBA, Dr. True is passionate about helping veterinarians reach their "True Potential" through promoting business knowlege, team leadership training, and having veterinarians realize that practice ownership is extremely rewarding (despite how daunting it may seem!).
